Uses
- Floor systems such as solid mezzanine slabs, roof slopes, Steel Deck systems, joists, vaults and other prefabricated systems.
- Walls and skirts for facades.
- In building restructuring.
Technical information
- Made with air entrainers and artificial ingredients, which give the concrete a volumetric weight from 1,000 kg/m³ to 1,900 kg/m³. If you require any particular specification, contact your Commercial Advisor.
- Compressive strength from 100 to 300 kg/cm², depending on the volumetric weight specified; considering that the lower the volumetric weight, the lower the resistance.
- Compliance with resistance at the age of 14 or 28 days. If a special age of compliance is required, contact your Commercial Advisor.
- Supplied with slumps from 10 to 24 cm.
- Maximum aggregate size 10 to 20 mm.
Advantages
- Lower unit weight than traditional normal weight concrete, which leads to less dead weight of the structure, an aspect of vital importance in terms of the capacity of the foundation or other structural elements in existing works.
- Lighter structures and, consequently, with less acceleration in the face of seismic events.
