We identify which are the topics in which our groups are interested and generates suitable communication strategies.
Once we identified our main stakeholders, we try to explore which are the most important topics or materials for each one of them.
This identification allows us to focus our efforts on those relevant issues, as well as on the communication strategies of their performance for each stakeholder.
Through the different specific communication channels we support, we receive feedback that allows us to update the materiality analysis, either to add important topics or to eliminate irrelevant items.
