Uses
- In all that element where it is desired to eliminate the external curing of the concrete, by using an intelligent concrete that cures or hydrates by itself.
- On pavements, beams, columns, walls, sidewalks, trims, foundations and even floors where a polished finish is not intended.
Technical information
- Values of resistance to compression from 100 kg/cm² to High Resistance and a wide range of resistance to Flexion from MR = 35 kg/cm².
- Usual guarantee ages of 3, 7, 14, and 28 days, or any different ages that the project requires.
- The fluidity, either in slump or extensibility, with typical values in slump from 10 to 22 cm, and with extensibility values from 55 to 75 cm.
- Meets Class 1 or Class 2 concrete specification, as specified.
Advantages
- Less labor by not requiring curing by external means.
- Guarantee more efficiently an integral curing of the element that allows, among other things, that the concrete reaches its maximum potential in hydration and, therefore, in mechanical resistance.
- By guaranteeing a more effective curing, it allows shrinkage cracks to be reduced by up to 30%, without eliminating good concrete protection practices that take care not to exceed the evaporation rates specified in the regulations.
